Today we launch CallMerlin. The idea is simple: you should not have to log into five different tools to answer one question. Call a phone number, or click the CallMerlin widget on your intranet, say your PIN, and ask: 'What is my revenue this month?' CallMerlin queries your accounting package and reads the answer back. In seconds.
How it works
- Connect your tools: your own HubSpot, Moneybird or Mailchimp account, with your own keys. Done in about 15 minutes.
- Talk to CallMerlin: via phone, the intranet webcall widget, the desktop app or Slack/Teams. In English, Dutch, German, French or Spanish.
- Action executed: CallMerlin looks things up, creates invoices, sends campaigns and emails you a summary afterwards.
Why we built this
Most voice AI products are built for developers: you write prompts, connect APIs and maintain flows. CallMerlin is built for the people who actually need the answers: entrepreneurs, account managers, bookkeepers. No code, no prompts, no training. If you can ask a colleague, you can ask CallMerlin.
The problem we solve is not technical, it is organisational. Knowledge is scattered across dozens of systems. Nobody knows all the interfaces. With CallMerlin you only need to know what you want to know, not where it is or how to get to it.
Built in Europe, for Europe
Account and platform data are stored in the EU; AI inference may involve xAI in the US under DPA/SCCs. Permissions are enforced on our servers, not by the AI, so an employee can never talk their way into data they are not allowed to see. Each user gets a personal PIN, optionally with two-step verification (authenticator app or SMS) on top.
More than voice
Voice was our starting point, but CallMerlin is now a full platform. Besides calling and chatting we offer AI Automation (workflows), AI Tasks (scheduled jobs), AI Insights (automatic KPIs), AI Alerts (proactive warnings) and AI Memory (learned facts).
